Did you know, now you can collect loyalty points on all your taxi journeys with Crown Taxis. Simply
register for an online account
and start collecting points. We'll give you 100 points to start you off, just for signing up.
Recommend a friend and get a bonus of 300 loyalty points worth £3.00. We'll add the points to your account when
your friend signs up for an online account and makes their
first booking with us. And your friend will get their 100 points just for signing up for an online account.
Our loyalty points scheme is totally free to join and it's our way of saying thank you for using our service.
How does it work?
Once your account has been approved, you will be able to start collecting
loyalty points. To get you started, we'll add a bonus of 100 points just for signing up.
There is no need to carry a loyalty card with you, simply make your bookings online, call or email us and you will automatically receive your
points immediately after the journey.
Bookings must be made with our office in order to receive loyalty points. Unfortunately, if you jump into
one of our cars at the rank, we will not be able to award you points for that journey.
You will earn 1 point for each full £1 spent per journey.
How to use the points you have earned
When making a booking tell us
how many points you'd like to use on the journey. Simple!
The minimum points you can use on a journey is 10 points, and the
maximum you can use on one journey is 1000 points. Any leftover points can be used on your next journey.
Every 10 points will give you £0.10 off your journey. You can use points in 10 point increments.
Keep track of your loyalty points
You can keep track of your points by logging in to your account and viewing the "Loyalty points" page which will
display all the points you have earned and the points which you have used.

Setting up an account is so easy, totally free and only takes two minutes. To register,
follow the link below and submit the registration form, once your account is approved you'll be able to
start collecting loyalty points straight away.

Who can join the scheme
The Crown Taxis' loyalty points scheme is available to all customers except pay monthly business customers.
If your business pays monthly for your journeys, unfortunately you will not be able to collect loyalty points on those journeys.
Only one loyalty points account may be opened at one address.
